The Pro-Cloud Transceiver
The ProCloud Transceiver is the central unit in the system. The transceiver transmits data to and receives data from all the system devices: BottleTag, V4 DigiPour spout, F2 Flow counting unit and DigiPour Wall Rack.
The transceiver communicates with ProCloud via LAN, WLAN or GPRS networks. If the connection to ProCloud is disrupted, all the data is stored in the transceiver.
Wireless liquor dispenser – The V4 Portioning Spout
The ProVargo System V4 DigiPour is digital liquor pour spouts for wines and spirits. The spouts can be programmed to dispense exact measures, e.g. 20 ml, 25 ml or 30 ml.
Just press a button on the V4 DigiPour spout to change the measure.
The V4 DigiPour spout is a brand new and revolutionary portioning spout from Beverage Control System, the first company to introduce a wireless liquor dispenser to the restaurant sector in 2017.
The V4 DigiPour spout offers maximum safety and full flexibility. The V4 spout allows you to pour at the table indoors and outdoors.
Flow Counting Unit
The ProVargo flow counting units (FCU) give you complete and detailed control of beer and post-mix consumption at an unprecedented level.
FCU tracks the flow of beer and post-mix through the respective systems and transmits the data to create reports in your ProCloud user interface. You have a unique opportunity to track activities in all your bars online – wherever you are.
The system provides updated reports on current stock levels per bar and back-up stock and clearly shows when the bar is busy or quiet. The data can help you to determine manning requirements at specific times and allows you, for example, to set prices differently at different times of the day.
The flow system is comprised of two control units:
– FCU Portion – used to control beer and post-mix portioning (fixed measures).
– FCU Free Flow – used to monitor manual dispensing of measures.

The two methods most frequently chosen when ProVargo system is connected to a POS system are:
1. Diff report: A diff (difference) report shows how much is entered into the POS system compared to what has been dispensed/delivered according to the control system, and the difference between the two. A diff report can specify figures per bar, product, group or even per waiter.
2. POS pour control: POS pour control requires that data is entered into the POS system before a drink can be poured. The POS system transmits approval to the dispensing system and the dispensing system is “locked” until it receives approval from the POS system. POS pour control provides maximum security as it ensures that every sale is entered into the POS system.
