TICKETING SOLUTIONS
Q-Racker has developed and supplied ticketing systems to the Leisure Industry for over 25 years. We have set industry bench marks in the process, where our products are commonly regarded as the best. We have now developed a brand new touch screen based high speed printer that can issue virtually any ticket up to 80 mm wide, including wristbands and high value security tickets. The Q-printer can also read and write RFiD tags for cash less environments. Being App based, we continue to develop and release more and more functions for this truly versatile tool.
The Q-robe cloakroom organizer and ticketing system is used in over 10,000 locations in over 20 countries. It takes the headache out of cloakroom administration, providing a tool for fiscal control as well as speeding up storage and securing garments.
The Q-entry admission and ticketing system is a high speed control system allowing fast management of entries and admission. Total fiscal control, various tickets and wristbands issued on demand are but a few of the advantages.
TICKETS
To complement our range of ticketing systems, we also provide a range of different tickets in various colours. They can all be used in the new Q-printer, and most of them also work in our older models, such as the 3-part cloakroom ticket and the economy admission ticket.
The cloakroom tickets are made of high quality thermal paper to avoid fraud and minimize the loss of tickets. There are 2-part, 3-part and 4-part tickets available, in up to 7 different colors.
The admission tickets are of various sizes and colors, and include everything from the economy admission ticket to high value security marker event tickets with embedded RFiD tags.
There is also a range of wristbands available in high qulaity Tyvek with or without RFiD tags, waterproof and durable. All tamper evident.
ID SCANNERS
We are pleased to be able to offer a brand new range of ID scanners for the UK market. Providing a cost efficient solution to the often taxing demands on providing a log of all venue visitors, we have 3 hardware options available. We also have 2 subscription levels, a basic one and a more marketing oriented version.
Our ID scanners have an average scanning time of 3 seconds, can handle 3800 differnet ID documents from across the globe, handle Ban lists, false ID’s, under age alerts and fully automate the admission control process.
